Premier Industries ("we," "us," or "our") operates this online store for customers in the United States. This Shipping Policy should be read with the other notices available on this site.

1. Delivery Area

We ship eligible orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery through this store.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping option, exception, or charge will be shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

3. Processing and Transit Estimates

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. The usual estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, address issues, carrier delays, and events outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking and Delivery

When tracking is available, it is provided after shipment. Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Once an order is handed to a carrier, delivery timing and routing are controlled by the carrier.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a shipment appears damaged or an item received does not materially match the order, contact us within the 30-day window described in our Refund Policy.
