Shipping policy

Dewaleus offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. Available delivery methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order.

Processing time

Most eligible orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment authorization and address verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Product availability, order volume, or address issues may affect processing time.

Transit and delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard transit is generally estimated at 3–10 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 4–12 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and addresses

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or carrier handoff has begun.

Delivery issues

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Eligible claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
