Payment Policy

Dewaleus uses secure checkout providers to process payments. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you submit payment.

Accepted payment methods

We accept eligible credit and debit card payment methods shown at checkout. Payment availability can depend on your location, issuing bank, card network, and checkout configuration.

Authorization and charges

When you place an order, your payment method may be authorized before order processing. The order total, including any applicable taxes and the delivery cost shown at checkout, is presented before you submit the order. We may cancel or pause an order if payment authorization fails, pricing information contains a clear error, or fraud-prevention checks require review.

Payment security

Checkout is provided through secure payment technology. Dewaleus does not intentionally collect or retain full payment-card numbers in ordinary customer-support systems. Never send card numbers or security codes by email or through a contact form.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Processing times after we issue a refund are controlled by your card issuer or payment provider.
